Outbound marketing or traditional marketing requires us to be in lots of different places at once. As digital marketers, I would say we are required to have lots of tools. When one has great digital marketing tools and software, it can really make the job easier. Getting the right Digital marketing tools and software for consultants is quite hard with all the products that are around. Here is a list of the software I use and find useful:

Yoast SEO

This WordPress plugin has been great in helping me with my SEO.

Canva

is great for making social media posts and doing pragmatically what you would otherwise do in a product like Photoshop or Illustrator.

Ahrefs

Ahrefs is a toolset to help you optimize your site ranking in search engines. Although I’ve never used it, it is currently rated as having the most helpful set of keyword data. This is compared to SEM Rush and BuzzSumo.

Aiva

Aiva is a tool for conversion. It has an AI platform that helps streamline conversion optimization process.

BuzzStream [https://buzzstream.com]

The best digital marketing software for tracking influencer outreach.

Calendly [https://calendly.com]

A tool to provide your clients to schedule appointments with you without interference.

Slack

Skype for business. This tool will allows you to create groups, have calls, private and public channels and your clients to communicate with you in all these ways.

Google analytics

This one must be the most used and most widely known tool. It’s just perfect to analyze who visits your site, where they are coming from, which time of day and a whole lot more. If you want to know everything about your visitors, this is the go to tool. You can also use this to analyze problems with your site, like (for example) load time and error page behaviour.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics

Grammarly

I really need this, as English is not my first language. This is the tool I use when hubby is not around.
